Stars shine on Day Two of DJWTS

Day Two of the Young Horse competition at PSI Dressage and Jumping with the Stars delivered another thrilling day of top-tier performances, with Australia’s best young Jumping horses showcasing their talent and potential.
In the Yandoo Equestrian Seven-Year-Old Jumping Horse Round Two, history repeated itself as Benjamin Franklin BE (Tulara Colmine x Caracas) and Neil Diamond VBT (I’m Special De Muze x Berlin) once again could not be separated, both achieving perfect scores of 100.00 to share the top spot.
Benjamin Franklin BE, ridden and owned by Brooke Hickey and Neil Diamond VBT ridden and owned by Rachel Lee certainly both confirmed why they were at the top of the table yesterday.
Rounding out the podium today was Diamond B Franklin (Emerald x Conquistador) ridden and owned by Allyson Lamb, who scored 94.13.

The Howden Equine Insurance Six-Year-Old Jumping Horse Round Two was another showcase of future champions, with Jack Barker and Tulara Karash (Karajan x For Fashion) leading the way on a score of 91.33. Moving up to second place today was Riley Mackillop and TM Christiano Ronaldo (Christian x Escudo I), scoring 90.33.
Yesterday’s winner and reigning Jumping Champion of Champions, Kentaur Alba (Absolute Ego Z x Noblewood Park Cougar), partnered by Frida Lindgren, secured third place with 89.17, setting the stage for an exciting final.

The third class on the Young Horse Jumping Arena today was the JRP Equestrian Five-Year-Old Jumping Horse Round Two with only a minor change in the top three combination. Once again we saw Jess Kiernan take Glenara Argyle (Diamant De Smilly x Conquistador) to the win with 92.50 points with a very tight battle for second and third and a swapping of places with Anneliese Wansey and Glenara Baccarat (Casall x Conquistador) in second today on 90.00 and David Lever and Nicolai (Wirragulla Nicolaus x Verdi TN) in third on 89.50.

The final young horse class for today was the Southern Cross Event Hire Four-Year-Old Jumping Horse Round Two. In this class we saw quite a change to the placings with Sam Whale and LT Holst Eva (Conthargos x Kannan) taking the win on 93.2, closely followed by Anneliese Wansey and the King Ranch Equestrian owned, Kolora Stud Classified (Eurostar I x Caracas), on 92.67 and Tanner Robinson and MT Robinsons Qognito (Yalambis Incognito x Quidam de Revel) rounding out the podium on 91.83.
