The breeding model of the Holsteiner Verband works on a fair system, where a breeder pays a " Booking Fee " which entitle the breeder to 3 heat cycles or inseminations in order to gain a pregnancy.  Once a pregnancy is achieved then a "Pregnancy Fee" will be invoiced.
